What’s included in the 360° Signature base shell price?
The base shell price is for the Deltec structural shell on a slab foundation, and includes open-stud Energy Wall panels, a clear span round roof system, factory installed windows, and factory-installed engineered wood siding. Pricing also includes a set of bid-ready construction drawings, including details for how to make your home Net Zero Ready if desired.
360° Signature homes are currently available in the lower 48 states with the exception of CA, OR, and WA. 360° Signature homes are also available in the Caribbean with a level 3 high wind upgrade.
