Our West Coast Upgrade Package includes the specialized architectural and engineering services required for West Coast locations in California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii and Alaska. The package is available at a fixed cost for each collection, with a higher package price for Elements.
Homes in these locations also require the Level 1 High Wind/Seismic Package.
Choose a free-standing round home from Signature, or a round core with rectangular wings and optional attached garage from Elements. Both collections offer a simpler process, faster timelines, and a cost-effective approach to round living.

- Development and drafting of a construction plan set that meets local permitting requirements
The Level 1 High Wind/Seismic Package is required in addition to the West Coast Upgrade Package.

Custom Projects
Customers building a custom Deltec in the West Coast states will receive the same services provided in the West Coast Upgrade Package, but charges will be based on the specific requirements of each project.
