With many of our own staff from military families, we understand and appreciate the unique needs of military families like yours.
Made in America
One thing—among many others—that makes Deltec Homes unique is that we source as many of our materials from the USA as possible—so your Deltec home is almost exclusively manufactured with US materials.
Here is a list of some of the American-made features that we’re proud to use in each home:
- Lumber: Canfor Lumber Company in Moultrie, GA, supplies sustainably harvested (SFI) Machine Stress Rated southern yellow pine for our trusses
- Plywood: a five-ply BC grade board from Georgia Pacific in Prosperity, South Carolina, is used for wall, roof, and floor sheathing.
- Steel collars: Used in our roofing systems, the collars are made by Dave Steel Company in Arden, NC, just down the road from our factory.
- Truss plates: we use truss plates that are made by Mitek USA in Edenton, North Carolina
- House wrap, tapes, and flashings: We install Typar products, from Nashville Tennessee, on every home to achieve their “Weather Protection System”
- Insulation board- the foam board we install on all of our wall panels comes from Dupont Brand XPS Insulation in Dalton, GA.
- Metal Roof: We offer Classic Metal’s Oxford Shingle aluminum roof that has a lifetime warranty and is specially designed for a Deltec. It is made in Piqua, Ohio
- Windows: Choose our pre-installed windows, and you are choosing a high quality product by Marvin, made in Fargo, North Dakota.
