Every Deltec is manufactured using our advanced panelized building system. Deltec provides the structural shell of your home, which makes up about one third of the finished home. Package inclusions vary by collection, model, and selected options.
2×6 open-stud wall panels with double 2×10 headers, wall sheathing, and drainable housewrap. All wall panels include Deltec’s Energy Wall, featuring a factory-applied AirBlock gasket between studs and sheathing, 24″ on-center advanced framing, and headers factory-insulated to R10.
- 360° Signature: Standard 8′ walls.
- 360° Elements: Standard 9′ walls.
- 360° Design Studio: Optional 9′ and 10′ wall heights and R5 exterior continuous foam insulation.
Clear-spanning radial half-scissor roof truss system with a central ring and collar connection, creating vaulted ceilings without interior load-bearing walls in the round section.

Windows and sliding glass doors:
- 360° Signature and 360° Elements: Wood-clad casement windows are factory-installed. Windows and sliding glass doors are included in the base package price, with sizes and locations predetermined by your floor plan.
- 360° Design Studio: Work with your designer to choose from a variety of window styles, sizes, and frame types and create your window layout.
Siding:
- 360° Signature and 360° Elements: LP SmartSide engineered wood lap siding with a factory undercoat is included in the package price.
- 360° Design Studio: Choose from multiple siding and prefinish options, some factory-installed and others shipped loose.
Outdoor living spaces:
- 360° Signature and 360° Elements: When you select the “Add a Deck Bay” option, we supply the shell connections and construction drawing details it needs, and your builder supplies the materials to build the deck on site. Optional Covered Roof Structures for decks and patios can also be selected and provided by Deltec and are designed to match your home’s round roof.
- 360° Design Studio: Choose from a variety of optional decks, covered porches, and entry porch designs.
Wings, connectors, and multistory designs:
- 360° Elements: Predesigned rectangular wings provide added space for entries, bedrooms, and private suites, with optional attached garages.
