Main Level

The striking main level entry leads to a 750 square foot kitchen/dining/living area, with towering windows, a soaring vaulted ceiling and a wrap-around outside deck. This level includes two large primary suites, as well as 1.5 baths.

Upper Level

The upper level is anchored by a cozy central reading loft overlooking the downstairs living area, encircled by a flowing configuration of three bedrooms and two full baths.

Lower Level

The lower level features a huge game/exercise room with beautiful views and easy access to the patio and hot tub. A separate home theater offers the perfect space to watch movies or sporting events. This level also includes a full bath.

Green Building Knowledge

It’s hard to find a builder today who doesn’t say they specialize in green building practices, but many of them can’t offer the level of expertise that we do. Every Deltec Building Company home is Energy Star certified and can be Green Built North Carolina certified. We build Energy Star certified homes as a standard, with optional certification through the Green Built Homes or Zero Energy Ready Homes programs.
