Our 360° Design Studio path leverages an amazing feature of round homes. With no load-bearing interior walls, you have complete creative flexibility in floor plan design. Using our round building blocks, your Deltec home can have up to three stories, be built on a slope with a walk-out basement, include a garage, have connecting structures, or add wings. The building blocks of the 360° Design Studio
Each home created through the 360° Design Studio is unique, but they are all based on the same basic building blocks:
Mix and match building blocks to create your dream Deltec — let your imagination run wild!
- 10 rounds from 300 to 2500 square feet
- Rectangular or square wings and connectors in 8, 12, 16, 24 and 28 foot widths, and lengths in 2 foot increments
- The Crescent Chalet is essentially an elongated circle. The narrower widths of 24 and 28 feet allow this model to fit many typical beach lots that are longer or in older neighborhoods, that tend to be narrower than most. These feature wide open spaces, high energy-efficiency, and similar wind strength to the pure circular designs.
