For over four decades, Deltec Homes has shipped our prefabricated, circular home kits worldwide. Our international experience includes Japan, Africa, Australia and many European countries. In addition, we have Deltec homeowners in Canada and across the Caribbean.

Through our many years of experience with overseas customers, we can handle any required international procedures necessary. Every round home kit is custom designed and built in our controlled factory environment in Asheville, North Carolina. From there, Deltec can handle the transportation logistics necessary to ensure safe travel of your home kit to a port nearest you.

Deltec Homes Belize Deltec’s prefabricated circular homes complement your natural surroundings and can accommodate even the most challenging building sites no matter where you’re located. The Deltec home kit is easy to assemble and can be constructed by your local builder with no previous Deltec building experience required. Our on-staff construction expert is available by phone to assist you and your builder if needed.

In addition, Deltec homes have a long track record of being high wind/hurricane resistant. In over 40 years, we have never lost a home to hurricane force winds.

Deltec can easily draw plans in metric measurements, and payment options using your local currency are available. No matter where you live around the globe, we can arrange to speak with you personally to discuss your project in greater detail.

We live 25 miles from the epicenter of a 5.8 quake. Unlike many people around us in this area, we came through it unscathed. The house is solid as a rock! No cracks to walls inside or out, none to foundation, and none to stucco or stone exterior. I have to say when we realized what was happening, it never occurred to us to run out of the house because we know how well this house is constructed.
